Our inspector is a licensed Builder, an accredited E1 Swimming Pool Certifier, and a member of the Master Builders Association NSW, and has been inspecting for over 20 years.

Our office is set up in Oatlands, to the north-east of Parramatta.

Our reports are comprehensive, easy to follow and read, and include colour pictures to assist you to understand the technical aspects of the property.

Each building inspection is carried out in accordance with the current Australian Standard 4349.1-2007 Inspection of buildings – Part 1 Property Inspections – Residential Buildings.

Each swimming Pool inspections is inspected in regard to the appropriate standard according to the age of the pool and fencing.

For every building inspection, our inspector will access all accessible areas of the roof space and subfloor.  Every room in the house will be thoroughly inspected with the aid of a moisture meter and a thermal imaging camera, all at no extra cost.
